About
Evidence-based care for the Rhode Island community, and beyond.
Shoreline CBT began with a simple idea: everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, no matter where they are.

At Shoreline CBT, we believe in the power of human connection and evidence-based care.
We've seen firsthand how daunting it can be to reach out for help, only to be met with automated responses or long waiting lists. That's why we made a promise — when you contact us, you'll always get a call back from a real person within one business day — ready to listen and support you.
Our commitment goes beyond being there. We provide cutting-edge, evidence-based treatments tailored to your unique needs, drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure and response prevention, and mindfulness-based approaches.
These scientifically backed techniques form the foundation of our practice, ensuring you receive the most effective care possible — adapted to your life, your values and your goals.
PSYPACT
Care where you are — literally.
Thanks to PSYPACT, geography no longer limits access to exceptional mental health care. We offer services across all participating PSYPACT states and jurisdictions.

A practice built around the person in the room.
You'll hear from a person
Leave a message or send the form and our practice manager will call you back within one business day — gathering what matters to you, not a checkbox list.
Treatment that's been tested
CBT, DBT, ACT and ERP form the foundation of our work, chosen because the research behind them is deep.
Care that travels with you
Through PSYPACT, we serve clients across participating states so geography doesn't decide who gets care.
Costs without surprises
We work with most major insurers and help you understand out-of-network benefits before you start.
